7 steps to cloud accounting

Register

To get started it is necessary for you to register your interest in the PGM cloud accounting service. This can be done easily by completing the registration form and submitting to us via the website.

Your Personalised Strategy

When we receive your registration form we will contact you to arrange to meet - free of charge. The structure of the meeting will be to develop a ‘Cloud Accounting Strategy Document’ for you and your business. This will include a quotation based on the level of service that you require.

Setup of your Cloud Accounting Service

If the quote is acceptable and you are happy with the strategy, we will get started. We will need to set up your PGM client portal, bring your accounts up to date, register you on a cloud accounting package and ensure that the cloud accounts structure is bespoke to your requirements.

Monthly Cloud Bookkeeping Service*

We will carry out the monthly cloud accounting service in accordance with the agreed Strategy. This will include the input of purchases, payments, sales, receipts and payroll.

Quarterly Cloud Reporting Service*

We will carry out the quarterly cloud reporting service in accordance with the agreed strategy. This will include the preparation of the management accounts pack; the submission of quarterly VAT returns and the quarterly HMRC update.

Year End Accounts & Tax Service

We will prepare and submit your year-end accounts together with your business tax return. This is a simple process as a result of the work done in the monthly and quarterly service.

Your Personal Online Tax Return Service

If you require personal tax returns done, this will be available at our online tax return service.
